Customized Marketing Plan

Every home is different so it’s important to tailor a marketing plan that meets our client’s exact needs. The most important factor in getting a home sold is exposure. We focus on getting our listings to as many edges of the internet as possible. Besides posting on the multiple listing service (MLS), we also post to websites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Craigslist.com, as well as many other websites. We add our listings to the “Featured Properties” section of our website, allowing our listings to be the first one’s users see. We also subscribe to software that allows our listings to be blasted to as many as 100 websites, allowing for maximum exposure. In addition to this, we take marketing a step further, by posting it on social media websites like Facebook, and Instagram.

We also use some traditional methods when marketing a listing. Some examples are:

  • Having our recognizable Icon Realty sign posted in the yard.
  • Sending out “Just Listed” mailers to the surrounding neighborhoods.
  • Customizing a professional brochure.
  • Holding an open house to attract potential buyers.

Professional Photography, Video, and 3D walk-through.

A marketing plan is only as strong as the media it is representing. We want to represent our listings with the highest quality images and media as possible. We have professional photographers come through your home, taking high definition pictures as well as editing them. This will allow a listed home to stand out from all the others. We will also do a 3D walk-through of your home, allowing all potential buyers to see the layout of a home without having to schedule a showing. Sometimes buyers make offers on our listings without ever seeing them in person
